Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by ExpertAngle Video ("us," "we," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Services
ExpertAngle Video provides professional video production services, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, post-production, and strategic distribution advice. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide timely and accurate information, feedback, and necessary materials (e.g., brand guidelines, assets) required for the project.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party materials you provide to us (e.g., music, stock footage, talent releases).
- Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals in a timely manner may impact project timelines and costs.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and fees will be specified in the individual project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a portion of the total fee is typically required upfront to commence work, with subsequent payments linked to project milestones. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on that particular milestone.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment for the services, the client will own the final video content produced by ExpertAngle Video.
- ExpertAngle Video retains the right to use portions of the final video content for its own promotional and portfolio purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Any raw footage, project files, or unapproved concepts remain the intellectual property of ExpertAngle Video.
6. Revisions
The number of included revision rounds will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ExpertAngle Video, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
